Can we bring our own food or outside caterer?
Yes. Outside food and caterers are welcome, giving you more flexibility over your cuisine, traditions and event budget.
How many guests can each hall accommodate?
The Lower Event Hall is designed for approximately 50–60 guests. The Upper Banquet Hall can accommodate up to approximately 150 guests, depending on the event layout.
Are tables and chairs included?
Tables, chairs and selected linens are available with venue packages. Exact inclusions depend on the hall and package selected.
Is parking available?
Yes. The property offers convenient free parking for event guests.
Can out-of-town guests stay nearby?
The event halls are located inside Country Hearth Inn & Suites, with hotel room discount options available for event guests.
How do we reserve a date?
Submit the request form, schedule a meeting and venue tour, then complete the venue agreement and required down payment for an available date.
